When I decided to start this business, I had one goal in mind; bring healthy options to busy people or to those who might not have had them.   By designing and planning customized menus with an emphasis on whole grains and natural ingredients, I can do that and help you to live a healthier lifestyle.  Working within your dietary concerns, I will help you to create nutritious, comforting, and delicious foods day after day for you and your family.  Maybe it might be that dinner you eat when you come home from work, or that lunch you take to work that everyone in the lunch room envies, you’ll know that it won’t be prepared by someone with little knowledge of your dietary needs, nor heavily salted down and containing fillers and sugars.  You’ll be eating a meal that has been specially prepared to meet your every need both dietary and comfort. 

     First, I will arrange a convenient meeting to discuss your specific needs, diets, allergies, and food preferences. At that time, I will suggest a meal plan that will work for you.

     After we have agreed on the services, I will create a tailored menu for you and your family to choose from or give me your suggestions.  I ask that your menu choices be submitted no later than the Sunday prior to the scheduled cook date. 

      I will take a look at your kitchen, refrigerator and freezer space, so I can familiarize myself with it and figure out a storage configuration for your meals that will work best for you.  Before the scheduled cook date, I will shop for your groceries to ensure that they are the freshest available. 

     I will arrive at your home with my own equipment (pans, utensils, etc.) and pantry items (spices, oils, etc.)  I will package your food and place it in your refrigerator and/or freezer with detailed warming instructions provided for each dish.  I will make sure that your kitchen is left spotless. The only evidence will be the great aromas of home cooking and your refrigerator full of healthy food.
